HTLC Scrip Service Policy
Effective June 2, 2008

Ordering Scrip
Orders may be placed in two ways:

1) Online 24 hours per day through ShopWithScrip.com
2) By completing a printed order form

Orders are collected the second Sunday of each month and are returned the third Sunday. You may wish to keep a copy of your order if you use the printed form; order forms are not returned but are kept on file for auditing purposes.

Order Problems
All orders are reviewed by the scrip coordinator prior to being placed with our vendor. If there is a problem with an order for any reason you will be notified as soon as possible, but if no response is received before the vendor’s order deadline the scrip coordinator will use her best judgment as to how the order should be placed. If it is critical that you receive a specific order, please check the merchants’ card status online at https://www.glscrip.com/retailerlist/index.aspx.

Paying For Your Order
Payment must be received by the scrip coordinator before an order can be placed. Make checks payable to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

Collecting Your Order
Orders are to be returned the third Sunday of each month. If you are not at church that Sunday you may either make separate arrangements with the scrip coordinator or just collect on some subsequent Sunday. A separate receipt that documents your check number, merchants, card values, and any discrepancies is provided with your order.

Backorder Policy
Occasionally Great Lakes Scrip Center, our scrip vendor, may temporarily run out of a particular scrip card. When that happens, they will place the item on backorder and ship it within 10 business days or as soon as it becomes available.

Returning Scrip
If you receive an incorrect item please contact your scrip coordinator immediately.
If you have ordered something by mistake there is a process set up by our vendor, but generally speaking, it's best to try to find a buyer on your own.
