The prayer chain is for you to ask for
prayer for family and friends with any
medical or other emergency.
Lois and Donna receive your prayer
requests and then forward to over 40
people via email and phone. They receive
close to a hundred prayer requests per year.

Food for the Homeless:
As part of its outreach,
Holy Trinity provides lunches to the
TriCity Homeless Shelter on Fridays.
Each week, we give 40 sandwiches and
another lunch item to eat with them.
If you are interested in providing food
or helping deliver them Friday mornings,
please call the church. We can give
high school students 2 hours Community
Service credit for making sandwiches
or for helping with the delivery.

Abode Services
They have been active for 20 years.
Sixty-six people may live there for up to
3 months -- men, women & children. Our
concern is the Federal Emergency Shelter
Grant Program has denied a grant for
$267,195.00 for the 2 years in financial
support to the 66 bed facility. Without this funding, Abode may have to close the
shelter from 10 AM to 6 PM, which would
make it useless to residents who work night
jobs and sleep during the day. Another
result may be to eliminate wight full-time
positions and close four homes for families
transitioning from homelessness in Hayward.
There will be a Behind the Scenes Tour of
the Sunrise Village Emergency Shelter on
Wednesday's February 10 and 17
from 1-2 PM at 588 Brown Road.

New wash clothes and bath towel
New beanies caps (Adults & Children)
New white socks (all sizes)
New umbrellas
Large plastic storage bins
Gift cards for shoes, groceries, new car seats, formula, diapers

Previous Monthly Social Concerns

Game Night:
Once a month, people are invited to
unwind on a Friday evening and join the
food, fellowship and fun in the
Activity Room at 7:00pm.
Learn a new game, play an old one,
make a new friend and rekindle an
old friendship. Everyone is welcome
to join. No need to bring a game as
there are plenty available.

Choir and Band Practice Days & Times:
Instrumental Band: Wed at 6:00 pm
Choir: Wed at 7:00 pm
Praise Band: Wed at 8:00 pm
